Rotherhithe-Canary Wharf bridge needs a procurement review

In November's Mayor's Question Time, Caroline questioned the Mayor on the proposed Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf pedestrian and cycling bridge.

She raised serious concerns that TfL have effectively blocked an existing design from entering the tendering process - while at the same time, allowing a competitor who advised on the procurement to then be able to bid for the work.
